Pumpkin Seed

Pumpkin seed has been known as a superfood for sleep. Native Americans, Europeans, and Chinese people have long used the hawthorn shrub, including its fruit, leaves, and flowers, as a remedy to treat stress, nervousness, sleep disorders, and pain control. Lemon Balm

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is considered a calming herb. It was used as far back as the Middle Ages to reduce stress and anxiety, promote sleep, improve appetite, and ease pain and discomfort from indigestion. Lemon balm is proven to be able to help relieve of anxiety and insomnia. One study even found that 70% -80% of the volunteers with sleep disturbance reported much better sleep after consuming lemon balm based product. Citation & Research: 1.
